My Goals
Yes, I want to lose weight but more than that I wanna feel fine.
I don’t care about my weight, but I wanna change all the bad habits I have, like don’t workout, eat junk food all the time…
~> Stop eating all the time (for anxiety)
~> Be disciplined (about everything in my life)
~> Drinking at least 5 glasses of water
~> Substitute junk food to fruits and vegetables
~> Work out at least 30 minutes a day
